What should I have ready when I call?
Your address, what the unit is doing or not doing, and the make of the equipment if you can see it. None of that is essential — we can work it out on the call — but it speeds things up.
How soon will you get back to me if I use the form?
We answer messages as soon as we are off the tools. If it is urgent, call instead — that always reaches us faster.
Can I book a specific time?
Yes. The booking calendar shows what is open and lets you take a slot directly.
Do you charge for a quote?
Call and ask before you book — we will tell you exactly how it works for the job you are describing, so there is nothing to be surprised by.
